JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF CONCERNED ABOUT ATTACKS DURING TRANSITION

The Joint Chiefs of Staff are voicing thier concerns about terrorist attacks during the Presidential transition period. As well they should....... Not to sound like an alarmist or anything like that, but it would be prudent for all families to put together some kind of contingency plan in the event some sort of emergency situation occurs where they live. While I was in the military, I wrote such plans and have written one for my family. SUPREME COURT NOMINEES

In an effort to "mold" society into whatever "vision" administrations can and has historically used this tactic to appoint like minded Justices to the bench. In the current situation, we should expect all the future appointments to be very liberal bent. The Senate MUST filibuster and stop all of these appointments of liberal minded nominees. This will stop or at least slow the left turn this government wants us to go in.

EXECUTIVE ORDERS

Executive Orders are an avenue that Presidents have to enact certain policies. Some orders do have the force of law when made in pursuance of certain acts of Congress, when those acts give the President discretionary powers. This is something that we must watch as it is completely possible that the current Congress could work in concert with the sitting President and grant powers that are unconstitutional.
