The Joint Chiefs of Staff are voicing thier concerns about terrorist attacks during the Presidential transition period. As well they should....... Not to sound like an alarmist or anything like that, but it would be prudent for all families to put together some kind of contingency plan in the event some sort of emergency situation occurs where they live. While I was in the military, I wrote such plans and have written one for my family.
