RUSSIA IS RATTLING IS SWORD AGAIN. CAN THE PRESIDENT ELECT HANDLE IT?

It looks like Moscow is polishing up it's swords and re-engaging the Cuban Government as well as Venezuela's Government. It appears that Moscow is pissed at us putting anti-ballistic missiles in Czechoslovakia. Moscow feels threatened by these missiles and I believe that they are going to talk the Cubans into allowing them to put into place their own anti-ballistic missile system on the island of Cuba. This maneuver will be to gain leverage on the U.S. to force us to not move our missiles into Czechoslovakia. The Russians are pissed that Czechoslovakia has joined NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) because they WERE part of the Soviet Union prior to it's break-up. How is the President Elect going to handle this one?? "Can't we all just get along"?? In a word..... "No".
